I decided to create this book also Bilingual (Spanish & English) to offer children the opportunity to develop a second language and expand their cultural awareness.

Hola, I’m Dr. Sandy Zanella the author and creator of Happy Yogis. A colorful picture book inspired by my kids, Stella who is 5 years old & Alessandro who is 3 years old, and my love for yoga. This Book includes 32 pages which contain 12 beautiful illustrations, a breathing exercise and a loving-kindness meditation. Happy Yogis is a fun pose-by-pose book that encourages kids to be kind to themselves and discover the power of positive affirmations.

This book is intended for preschoolers and up. Anyone can have fun reading and performing each pose. Kids will enjoy a special time with their parents, grandparents, or caregivers while creating a special bond and building resilience.
